Orbit Communications Systems has received an additional service contract extension for its airborne digital audio systems from the United States Air Force (USAF). This latest extension, worth approximately US$1 million, will go into effect in 2018.
“By extending its service contract with us again, the USAF validates the quick response times and excellent customer care we are known for,” commented Eitan Livneh, Orbit’s CEO. “In addition, our audio management systems can be transferred to Boeing’s newer KC-46 tankers that are due to replace the aging KC-135 fleet.”
