BAE Systems (Hall 3, stand J20) will present defence and security solutions on land, at sea and in the air, alongside advanced technologies that offer future economic development opportunities for Brazil and Latin America, at the upcoming LAAD 2023.
The event, held from 11-14 April, 2023 at Riocentro – Exhibition & Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro, will also focus on BAE Systems’ existing partnerships in Brazil and throughout Latin America.
During the show, BAE Systems will showcase land capabilities from the CV90 infantry fighting vehicle family and the M109A7 artillery system. The Ocean Patrol Vessel Amazonas class ships plus the 40Mk4 and 57Mk3 naval guns will lead the maritime presence. The LiteHUD™ head-up display will be on show with leading air defence, radar products, APKWS® laser-guidance kit plus electronic warfare and command and communications capabilities across all domains also on display. Additional capabilities will appear on the company’s interactive digital presentation system, such as training and sustainment activities. In the air domain, BAE Systems will continue to collaborate with Embraer on its commercial aviation products, the C-390 military transport aeroplane and the EVE Urban Air Mobility aircraft. The company’s electric propulsion solutions for municipal transport, heavy-duty and military vehicles will also feature.
