eCLUTCH and BLAST strike far-reaching rights deal for mainstream gaming audiences

eCLUTCH and BLAST have announced a global rights deal to bring BLAST’s world-renowned professional gaming tournaments to new audiences via eCLUTCH’s ecosystem of pay TV, FAST channels, and OTT platform.

The multi-territory partnership includes the live events for three of BLAST’s most prestigious tournament series, or ‘ecosystems’, each based on titles from three of the gaming industry’s top publishers.

  • Fortnite (Epic Games)

  • Rocket League (Epic Games)

  • Rainbow Six: Siege (Ubisoft)

"BLAST events are a benchmark in tier one esports" said Sam Butler, Director of Acquisitions at eCLUTCH. "The titles BLAST work with align perfectly with our content strategy of curating for the mainstream audience. BLAST is an ideal partner for eCLUTCH and aside from the quality of the content, the team are awesome to work with and they really understand the mainstream entertainment landscape."

Alexander Lewin, SVP Commercial Revenue at BLAST, said “We’re thrilled to be partnering with eCLUTCH for some of our biggest events in 2025. eCLUTCH will help distribute BLAST  in new innovative ways across the globe and we’re excited for fans both new and existing to tune in for our action this year in a brand new way.”

BLAST’s live events will be across eCLUTCH’s channels and platforms almost every week for the rest of 2025 and into 2026. Featuring exciting locations like Rio de Janeiro, Raleigh and Lyon, no two weeks are quite the same, with each of the ecosystems providing a different flavour of player, culture, and fanbase.

The BLAST deal is the first of a number of planned acquisitions by eCLUTCH, as part of its mass strategy to change the way esports is served to mainstream audiences.
