ViaLiteHD L-Band links are being used by a leading Emirates-based teleport operator to assist in the expansion of its live TV broadcast services. The installed systems are configured in dual redundancy (1:1) mode with seamless switchover to ensure maximum uptime.
Dual redundancy is achieved by configuring the system using two transmitter modules with one RF splitter/combiner module at the transmit location, combined with two receiver modules and a redundancy switch module at the receive location.
