“Small Satellite, Big Mission”
While we are curious about the innovations that small orbit (LEO) satellites, which we can now watch with the naked eye at night, will bring to our lives, the CUBESAT Vision Close Orbit (LEO), Cube and Small Satellite Conference will discuss the latest developments in satellite technology and establish international collaborations.
It will be held on December 14, in Ankara at BTK Conference Hall, under the leadership of TUYAD (Telecommunications, Satellite and Electronics Industrialists, Businessmen Association) and the sponsorship of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, BTK as Communication and information Technologies Autority.
The full-day conference, which will take place with the support and participation of GSOA, SIG, WTA, BTK, SASAD, TAMSAT, HTK, SAHA İSTANBUL and TÜRKSAT, draws attention with the slogan "Small Satellite, Big Mission".

“We are creating an international satellite ecosystem centered in Türkiye”
TUYAD chairman Hayrettin Özaydın “At the Cubesat Vision Conference, we will review the latest developments in cube and small satellites and evaluate the opportunities offered by the Low Earth orbit. We will create a platform to explore new aspects and develop technologies in small spacecraft used for communication, observation, research and defense purposes. "Our aim is to build an international satellite ecosystem centered in Turkey by bringing together institutions and organizations that want to invest in the small satellite sector, scientists, expert academics, manufacturer companies and pioneers of the defense industry through the conference," he said.
Free V-SAT seminar to be held simultaneously
A simultaneous V-SAT (GEO and LEO Satellite Broadband Internet) training seminar will also be held under the sponsorship of Skytech, with the support of relevant professional chamber presidents from 45 provinces. In the seminar, which will be held free of charge, training will be given to technical service teams and tradesmen on broadband, internet installation, commissioning and service topics in remote orbit KA Band satellites. The certification of the seminar, which will be held with the contributions of Neta, Profen, Türksat, Eutelsat-OneWeb, İşNet, Vsat and related universities' space departments and units, will be done by TÜRKSAT, TUYAD and BTK Academy.
