Space Systems International - Monaco - has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Profen. The agreement provides for the launch of a TV bouquet with various channels on the Monacosat-1 satellite.
Dr. Ilhami Aygun, President & CEO of SSI-Monaco, said “I am very pleased and proud to have this partnership with Profen. I am sure that this partnership will lead to a successful cooperation in order to provide teleport services to Monacosat-1 satellite customers and create a new platform in Europe, Central Asia and MENA coverage.”
Önder Havuzlu, CEO of Profen, said “ We are delighted to partner with Space Systems International – Monaco to provide DTH services in the MENA region. Our satellite earth station at Profen Konya Teleport will ensure the provision of DTH services in the region reaching up to 500 million people in more than 20 countries”.
