AAC Clyde Space AB (publ) has completed the second tranche of the previously announced directed share issue to Bonnier Capital, following receipt of the required approval from relevant authorities. The company has received SEK 49.7 million before transaction costs through the issue of 590,228 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 84.13 per share.
